Field of application
High C, Cr, V alloyed flux-cored wire with high scratch hardness. Owing to the high percentage of alloying constituents, DT-DUR 67 is suitable for extremely hard hardfacing on parts subjected to extremely severe abrasive mineral wear. Owing to the alloy composition, the wear resistance is retained even at elevated working temperatures. No more than two layers should be deposited Screw conveyors, fan blades, agitators, clinker crushers, mixer blades, cement and concrete pumps, fire grates, gravel and washing plants, etc.
