Rutile type, heavy coated electrode for welding creep resistant steels employed in the construction of pressure vessels, boilers and pipes, subjected to operating temperatures of up to 500°C. Due to its rutile covering, also possible to work in alternating current (AC). Easy arc striking and re-striking. Very smooth and clean welds, blending into base without undercuts. Preheating, interpass temperature and post-weld heat treatment shall be done according to base metal used.
