Product description

Acid-rutile coated, high efficiency electrode having a weld metal approx 165 %. Especially designed for welding fillets and narrow angle grooves. Produces complete root fusion and equal-leg fillet welds. Suitable for welding of galvanized, primer painted and slightly rusted components. Due to its low Silicon (Si) content, weld metal is also suited for subsequent galvanizing, enamaling and rubber cladding after welding. Provides very smooth welds without undercut. Slag is easily released, even from narrow angles. Welds are of X-ray quality.
